Shipping Policy

The "Healthy and Tasty" website will not provide services to or engage with any countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Please note that your order will be delivered to the address you provided during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the presence of the recipient during the delivery process.

Additionally, our shipping partners will request verification of the recipient's identity during delivery by inspecting identity documents, such as a work permit, passport, driver's license, Emirates ID, or Free Zone Visa, to ensure the recipient's identity.

At "Healthy and Tasty," we offer a variety of delivery options, which are priced based on the size and weight of the product, as well as the shipping method and schedule.

Before placing an order, you can find the expected delivery date in the product description, as well as on the shopping cart and payment pages. After placing the order, you can find the delivery date in the Orders section.

We must clarify that we are not responsible for partial or complete delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate with you to update you on the expected delivery date.

In the event of non-delivery due to an error on your part (such as errors in name, address, or other incorrect information), any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be your responsibility, so please ensure the accuracy of the information you provide to avoid this.

Please also be aware that we will only deliver products within the regions specified within the United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the prevailing shipping policy at that time. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any orders related to products ordered outside of those regions defined by us in advance.

Multiple Shipment Policy

Individual orders may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability or weight restrictions imposed by “Healthy and Tasty” shipping partners.

You should be aware that these multiple shipments may result in multiple charges to your credit cards and multiple entries in your monthly credit card statements.

You will be able to specify multiple shipping addresses when completing your order. To do so, select the "Shipping to Multiple Addresses" option on the shipping address selection page.

Delivery Charges

• For (same-day delivery) of orders (weighing less than 10 kg) and (priced below 100 AED), a delivery fee of 40 AED will be applied.
• For (next-day delivery) of orders (weighing less than 10 kg) and (priced below 100 AED), there will be a delivery fee of 30 AED per order.
• For orders exceeding 100 AED, delivery will be free of charge.
